Boston vw reviews

The same goes for Chris in the finance department If you want to by a new Volkswagen, see Jose at Boston Volkswagen I am happy to refer him to anyone. And then I bought it. I remember how nice he was when I first met him. He showed me many different features and even took me out to the lot to see how the car's driver's seat felt for me. I ended up passing on the Golf TDI.

That was November or December of He was happy to show me a red SportWagen that I saw in their website's inventory and apparently arrived only 10 days prior to my visit. He gladly got the car for me from wherever it was in inventory I forget if it was in the second lot , and got it ready for me to test drive.

The test drive went very well. Jose talked about random fun things while telling me where to go to experience the features of the car's ride and steering.

I also asked about certain features and he was happy to accommodate my requests e. After we got in, he asked if I'd like to find out the trade value of my car or just come in another time. I felt no pressure from him at all. I didn't expect to talk numbers the same day I test drove this car, but I did.

The ride really is that amazing. Jose is the most straightforward car salesman I've ever met. He went to KBB. Then he checked with his business manager and gave me a pretty fair trade value on par with what I was quoted at other dealerships.

I have never seen a salesman be that honest and straightforward. He was no pressure at all. At every turn he always asked if I had question or if I wanted to come back another time. I ended up buying the car that day, because I was so satisfied: the car felt great, Jose's manner and honesty and straightforwardness were amazing, and I couldn't say no to an amazing deal.

Jose is extremely knowledgeable about VW cars. He is a friendly and polite and accommodating salesman. He answered all of my questions, and even after I bought the car, he always made sure that I was satisfied and happy with the car.

I was honestly concerned about how my experience might be at Boston VW, just because many other dealerrater. I'm not sure what went wrong for those other people, because I've never had such a positive, straightforward, no-brainer, and honestly kinda fun, car buying experience. After all of that, I felt compelled to write a good review so people could know.

I have a very limited experience with the service department, but it was great: the day I picked up the car, the registration and inspection weren't ready, so Jose said just come back tomorrow night. I emailed him that night and asked if noon would be OK. He got back to me at the next day and told me the registration was ready. I brought my new car into the service bay and left the key with Jose. He got service to do the inspection. Service looked busy that day the lounge had people, the parking spots inside were all full once I got in.

I waited around for maybe minutes, and Jose came by to check on me. He said he'd get the car going right away. I think maybe 5, 10 minutes max passed, and he came back and had the car ready. I'm looking forward to getting my car serviced at this dealership; if the service department is as good as the sales department, this place might as well be golden.

I do hope the WiFi lounge will be working. My iPhone didn't detect any WiFi when I looked. Other notes: Chris, finance guy, really nice, really straightforward. Mike, another sales guy, really nice to talk with. He took the time to show me everything he knew about the VW convertible.

I forget the manager's name I met, but he was nice too. The service is the worse one could expect from a car dealer. I arrived there after making an appointment web offer with Hamil, who never showed up. After waiting for about 30 mins, Gavin was nice enough to come help us. At the time I was supposed to sign the papers, the guy in charge of financing showed up 40 min late and barely apologized.

Also, he was so deeply concentrated that he even yawned in the middle of the conversation Overall, if you want to deal with them, ask Gavin. He'll be able to answer to your questions. Jose and the team at Boston VW have become the dealer of choice for my family. We have purchased 2 cars from them and my extended family has leased additional cars. The experience is not your typical dealer experience.

Instead of feeling pressured to buy that day, Jose always makes sure that he helps us find the right car for our needs. They work with us to meet our budget, and are transparent about the costs. Financing with them has also been a breeze. The last car I purchased from them was located for me at another dealer and dropped off at my work during a snow storm!

In spite of the fact that Boston VW doesn't even really promote e-Golfs, the service department, and Bill McKenna specifically, were fabulous out of this world.

Yes, the problem was complicated, and yes, it took a long time to figure out, but they were ceaselessly patient, generous I got a loaner every single time and always worked their hardest to satisfy, even though it must have been difficult at times.
