It is safe and clean. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a few parks. I feel safe walking alone in the day, but I avoid going out at night alone. Traffic is pretty heavy consistently. Parking is a nightmare. But people do not pick up after their dogs and the homelessness is getting out of control. Lots of people walking their dogs. Wish they would pick up after them as well.

Walkable neighborhood, lots of homeless. Rents are still relatively low. Parking is absolutely awful. People are not neighborly and save street spaces daily when they have ample parking spaces in their lots. Bikes stolen frequently. My car has been broken into 3 times in 7 years. Dirty streets. Extremely difficult to find a parking spot. Ticket officers always bullshiting and giving tickets.

Pluck the police Clean your city and your neighborhood S". Most people in the neighborhood come to our block to walk their dogs. But a fair amount do. Too dirty. Constant crime. Homeless people camping all the time. I love that part. Not stuck up people just private people.

My neighbors are families and persons who are natives to this area and they are all very kind. Gentrifying, but very slowly. In most cases, from home to work place has been in walking distance so it is quite convenient except for some business trips so far.

Most pick up after their dogs but I see some that do not. Maybe not many dog parks but otherwise very walkable and a good place to have a dog. City life is hectic. Lots of traffic and foot traffic.
