Selected filters. Hardest part of the job, although not necessarily hard, is recovery, especially during busy times. The job itself is fairly easy however. Other than the low hours, the environment to work in was not bad.

Pros Employee Discount. Cons Few Hours. I worked as a seasonal sales associate and hated it. My first day they gave me a quick tour of the store and then threw me on cash. When I asked for help they acted as if I was a burden. Very mundane and not much to do except fold clothes and wander around pretending to be busy. Management did not care at all for seasonal employees and I felt excluded from the people who had worked there longer than I.

Cons Poor management, little support, poor training. I did feel it was a fun work environment but very little pay for the work you are expected to do. Bad Company! This job has no benifits and also management is really bad and they just stand around most of the time and not even help sales associates! The pay is really bad and pay right on minimum and no raises! You can even promote or grow in the company!

As an assistant manager I had a great team below and above me. Every crew member was cool and very talkative. Would never recommend! Pros No pros. Cons Everything is a con. The atmosphere was often great and the friends you make are amazing. It is a lot of work considering the pay rate.

Don't waste your time or money. It took over 30 minutes just to get salads. Nothing special. None of their dressings are made in house. Service was poor, at best. Most of the time there wasn't even a server present. Saks should be ashamed that they would allow such poor food and service. Very nice experience, will return for sure.

It is very clean and we felt safely distanced. Everything is beautiful and the food is lovely. Great, friendly service as well! Would go again. There was only one hostess and one table seated. We left. Very poor experience. Our food came out before my tea and or my daughters drink. They also said that this app allows people to make appts when they are not even open. So that being said - they should probably cancel this service if the reservations are unreliable!

They did accommodate us though and the place was nice and reasonably priced considering the location and affiliations. It not a "I'm real hungry" place. But it is a special place for a medium 'bite' with someone who kinda wants to feel special. Afternoon or Breakfast Tea, real china cups and saucers, delightfully overworked and nice wait staff. Don't be in a hurry to eat they could use more wait staff.

We had a lovely experience and will definitely return! I would recommend the afternoon tea for the variety—their sandwiches and scones are delightful and the service was excellent too! Wonderful experience, beautiful atmosphere, great food. A birthday celebration with 3 friends. Our perfect go-to spot for elegance, spectacular service, divine food. So disappointing! Why there is an option to make reservations on a Monday they OT is beyond me. Please update the hours to reflect this.
