A nursing home which is truly remarkable! The previous nine months, I had very few issues, however during the past month a few issues have come up. These would be more to do with the residents health deteriorating.

It took me a few weeks to broach the subject and I did so after relatives being encouraged to discuss things which thought minor may cause relatives a little dissatisfaction. When I approached the manager some of the things have been addressed. Staff issues may be down to residents personalities, generally the home is welcoming, clean, food is excellent and well presented. Laundry facility good. My mother is very well taken care of medically, physically and emotionally.

She is content and enjoys the company of other ladies and the excellent entertainment provided. I know that she is safe and well cared for is a comfort.
