The management was something to be desired, but it was a summer job to gather knowledge or what you don't want in a job. Pros A summer job. Cons Compensation wasnt up to par. Worst place you can work for had no life no set schedule at the end of your day was when they would let you know if you worked the next day or not most of the big corp stops were given to vendors to keep you from making hours.

For each store you do basic maintenance and upkeep to the ice machines: fill bags, organize ice to be presentable to customers, clean drip pans and other parts of ice machine.

The hardest part of the job is during the summer when machines have meltdowns and it takes longer to service stores. The most enjoyable part is getting to interact with customers and store employees. Management is great and they are very good at approving vacation days. Don't expect a raise. Other then that it's a good and stable job. Pros choose start time, good management. I only work here for 3 months in the summer when it would be busier after that several people including myself were let go because it got slow. I worked hours a week for 3 months and was payed weekly. If you are looking for something long term or somewhere you can grow look somewhere else. I was offer a better paying position by the mangers but I had to come back in a few months.

I was ammonia lead and my supervisor worked right along side me and the operator, so did management. Real good people.. Pros Great team work top management to bottom. Travel and mileage were a good rate through the moutus application. It was an overall nice working environment. Was a nice and respectful place to work. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Managers helped out and everyway possible.

The management is horrible with no experience, they just talk down on you. If you need any material or tools forget it. Overall the company is a great name to work for but the people run will make a bad experience. Cons Favoritism. Working with the other crew members was fun and learned alot, everyone helped each other.

Safety was a concern with the age of building but they sold the building and moved to Whitney so may be better. Also has new management these days so may be better.
